No Proof Yet Offered To Convict Kuhn

Judge Wallace's Statement To Prosecution

New York, Nov. 20.

Judge Wallace, before whom the trial of Fritz Kuhn, leader of the German-American Bund (a pro-Nazi organization), on a charge of grand larceny is taking place, told the Prosecution today that it had hitherto failed to offer proof "beyond reasonable doubt" that the defendant was guilty.

Prosecuting Counsel replied that although the Prosecution had rested, it would bring irrefutable proof before finally ending the case—Reuter.
