Marines to Clash in Grid

Game at S.A.S — Today — First Battalion Going All Out to Avenge Recent 15-0 Defeat by Second; Good Game Expected

Reet alterations in the gridiron match plans will give the First Battalion an opportunity to even the score with the Second Battalion when they will meet for the second time in a six-a-side grid game this afternoon at the American School ground at one o'clock.

This match was originally scheduled to be played between the Headquarters and the First Battalion but it was found necessary to make the changes late in the week.

The First are said to be a vastly improved sextette and will give the Second Battalion a very close fight if they do not win, and in view of this, the game will be worth the while of local gridiron fans turning out to watch.

The Second Battalion, on the other hand, have not rested on their laurels, and have also been putting a lot more practice than is customary.

The line-ups of both teams are identical to that of last week and are follows:—

Second Batt: Hpzel, Bill, (mith, Stortz, Bailey, Jacobs, Czhmezer, Komdracki, O'Donnell, Olseson, Schelger.

E. A. White will probably referee the game with Schaul watching the yard. markers.
