The Joint Canadian-American defence board concluded a three-day session here terday with the announcement that naval. military and aviation representatives in the body would go to the Pacific coast next week to survey defence facilities there, The chairman of the United States section of the committee, Mr.
Fiorello LaGuardia. Mayor of New York, said the next full meeting of the joint board would be held at Boston on October 2. He revealed that the question of sending Canada additional defence material from the United States had been discussed.—United Press,
