America Said Trying to Prolong War in China For Purpose of Exhausting Japan Tokyo, Dec. 3.
HE jo-Japanese war has ceased to involve only Japan and China and now includes the United State: the newspaper "Kokumin Shimbun" said today as it joined other Japanese organs in editorial criticism of the U.S. policy in relation to the Far East.
