Several Stunts

Since my last letter we have been on several stunts with "A" Coy., and Tam pleased to be able to say' that. I do not find the marching halt a5 tiring as 1 used to. "I wrote you regarding the swamps around here and also that I had "found" one. In one of the last stunts 1 walked into another. This time, however, Twas fortunate, as 1 only got my boots muddy and filled with water. Trust me to find anything unpleasant!

The other day, as I was pushing my way through thick bushes, ete, about seven fect high, I suddenly felt something biting my neck and face and found that T was being bitten by some large red ants. These fants are about a quarter of an inch Jong and are to be found in great. numbers on the young rubber trees That was my first contact with them, and I sincerely trust it will be the: last, but Tam afraid this is too much to hope fo More Swamps? so full of adventure it seems far Jonger than a week-end, I had expected to spend only one night at home but wanted to visit Morton and as a day was due to me I went up on midday Friday. Plenty of excitement of a kind in that journey though people are becoming very blase about It,
