Japan must overcome all difficulties to achieve its ends, the Foreign Minister, Mr. Yosuke Matsuoka, said today at the Foreign Office's celebration held to mark the conclusion of the Japan-Axis pact.
The pact's objective, he said, was to prevent further expansion of the world conflict and simultaneously to create a new order to establish world peace based on justice.
"Many obstacles may arise in our path," he said. "However, we are determined to surmount them for the attainment of our objectives through allied Germany's and Italy's cooperation""—United Press.
