(10) There will be included in the Voting List the names of all foreigners having sole and independent occupation of premises within the Settlement of an assessed annual rental of $699,30 or above other. than those excepted hereunder.
(11) Where the occupancy is separately rated sole and independent occupation is deemed to be held by the person in whose name the oe cupancy appears in the Council's Voting List the names of all persons and firms other than those excepted hereunder whose rames are notified to the Council by the Consulate concerned as being the registered owners of land within the Settlement, provided such land is of not less than $699.30 in assessed value and whose assessed Land Tax and/or General Municipal Rate amounts to $13.99 per annum and upwards.
(5) In the case of land registered in the name of a deceased person the Executor/Administrator of the estate will be shown in the Voting List as "representative." Votes will be allowed in such cases; as a personal interest if the Executor/Administra-for is the beneficiary of the land and as a separate interest if he is not the beneficiary. In the event of decease of the Executor/Administrator there shall be succession of voting rights in respect to the land from Executor/ Administrator to Executor/Administrator and so on.
(6) There will be excluded from the list the names of deceased registered landowners in respect of whose estate no satisfactory documents have been produced to establish the identity of the Executor/ Administrator.
(7) There will be excluded from the Final Voting List the names of registered owners who have not, at least one month before the date set
