Tokyo, Nov. 17, The Finance Ministry today- approved the Foreign Office's request for Y.10000 on next year's budget for elevation of the Japanese Legation at Thailand to the status of zn Embassy.
Among other Foreign Office p: ojects approved by the Finance Ministry for the budget was Y.50,000: or establishment of a Japanese Consulate at Deli on Timor Island in the South Seas.
