Immediately upon the announcement of Hungary's adherence to the y&ct, informed political quarters indicated that three other countries in the near future would announce their adherence to the tri-Power pact.
Although official circles declined to comment on the announcement that Gen. Jon Antonescu, Rumanian Premier and War Minister, planned to visit Berlin, informed quarters freely predicted that Rumania and two other countries will adhere to the pact.
Chancellor Adolf Hitler was in Vienna at the time of the signing of the pact, but he did not put in an eppeatance at the ceremony.
