The talks between ' Chancellor Hitler and King Boris of Bulgaria presage new far reaching developments in the Axis diplomatic and war offensive, observers here said yesterday.
While no definite indications were forthcoming of what Chancellor Hitler told King Boris, observers believe Bulgaria will take whatever course the Fuehrer outlined. However, they believe that it is unlikely Germany wants Bulgaria to take independent action against Greece.
