Manceuvres Continue

London, Feb. 2

German preparations for a move into Bulgaria were believed today to be continuing on two different lines. Operations were still going on in Rumania, where troops were being moved towards the frontier, and in Bulgaria itself. There were indications that events might come to a head in the near future. At the same time the Germans appeared to be preparing a propaganda campaign, which was to be expected along with military operations, in an attempt to create feer in Balkan countries, The German press was writing much about the chances of invasion of England and it wes particularly stated that a U-boat campaign could defeat Britain while zir attacks would achieve much success—
