Helsinki, Feb. 19.
Russian pressure north-east. of the Karelian Isthmus, has. relaxed. The Russians are concentrating men and material in the Summa. sector where; a great number of Finnish casualties has been caused by Soviet warplanes, The Russians seem to be using fewer tanks. On Saturday, Finland suffered the worst day of bombing since. the war started, according to the correspondent of the "Stockholms-Tidning~ the war-zone but only few people were killed and relatively slight damage was done.
Stockholm, Feb. 18.
Telephone communication with Finland was interrupted for some' time yesterday, being restored - after several hours. Later it was' reported here that an air raid alarm had been given in the Finnish capital—Reuter.
