Mr. Wang Ching-wei, Acting President of the Nanking Government, has been made President by an act of the Central Political Council this Tüorning when a joint meeting of the Executive Yuan and the Central Political Council was held. - This was Gone in view of the close approach of date for the signing of the treaty ior the adjustment of relations be tween Japan and the Nanking Gov ernment.
"Mr. Wen Tsung-yao, President of the Judicial Yuan, proposed the motion that Mr. Wang Ching-wei should be installed as the President. of the Nanking Government and it was many installing Mr, Wang Ching-wel into his office will be held very soon.
