Sin—I would be much you would be so kind as to forward the enclosed cheque to the Salvation Army for the above cause, hope they give special attention to those unfortunate children used by: the professional beggars of whom great a number is seen on our streets nowadays. T have personally seen a woman pinch and maul a child to make it cry and thus arouse pity. Tt is a dreadful thing. hope the Salvation Army with their splendid organization wilt be able to do something towards al-deviating the lot of these unfortunate children, very especially.
