Sofa, Feb. 27.
George W. Rendel, British Minister to Bulgaria, informed British and American journalists here today that a British diplomatic courier had} disappeared while on the way from Sofa to Istanbul.
Following information gathered] from fellow-passengers in. the train, would seem that he disappeared somewhere in Bulgaria, the Minister added, The Bulgarian Premier and Foreign Minister had been informed of the Incident and have ordered an investigation, The courier, who wa attached to! the British Legation here, was the: bearer of documents which wore to ye handed to the British Embassy in Ankara—Havas Telomondial. monial.
