Tientsin, Aug. 9, The Changlu Salt Administration has been taken over by the Japanese ce-director, Mr. Umeo Tei, who has notified the staff that he has assumed charge. The documents of the Administration, which had previously been sent to the British Concession, have been returned to the salt offi which is in the Italian Concession Reuter The Kuo Min News Agency learns that the District Directors have been removed and other officers locally appointed. The collection of the Changlu District in 1936 amounted to $27.674.000.
