Seaforths made a change on resumption ard Wilson and Rosa changed places, The School took the initiative into their hands and attacked the Seaforths goal continuously. A few minutes after the beginning of the second half, McCusker handled the ball and Caro shot the free kick right before the Seaforths citadel. Cochran was right in the goal-mouth, but he shot straight at Atkinson and the goalie cleared.
P. T. H. centre-forward was ever on the move, but his shooting was a little erratic and most of his shots went either to the goalie or out. Novgorodoff outwitted the Scots' defence and shot at the goal. Atkinson went to the knees to save the shot and cleared. The School were awarded a free kick some few yards from the penalty area and Collaco booted the ball to Kidby, who ballooned with no one but the goalie in front of him. Twenty-five minutes after the resumption, Collaco ran on the right and centred. Cochran was on the receiving end and, after beating Campbell, the centre-forward gave no chance to Atkinson with a fast grounder into the left corner of the net. or two later, Atkinson tipped Kidby's shot for a fruitless corner. The Seaforths had a chance to reduce arrears when Fraser combined with Thomson, but both Duncan and Ross were off-side, The last named, however, made up for his mistake when he scored from a centre by Wilson. Ross advanced towards the School goal and Schneirson advanced to meet him. The soldier beat the goalie with a drive into the far corner of the net to bring the score to 4-I. Play deteriorated at this time and while the soldiers attacked half-heartedly, the School tightened their defence and gave no leeway to their opponents.
