Stock prices on Wall Street today finished with fractional moves either way, in another very quiet and listless session.
Most operators appear to be holding aloof, Pending the next war move, and clarification of the United States position and tax schedules.
There was steady shifting from high grade issues to warlike stocks and second grade rails, particularly as the latter has prospects of picking-up sizeable freight traffic.
