Notice 1s HEREBY GIVEN that the Twenty-Seventh Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at No. 49 Szechuen Road, hanghai on Monday, April 29, 1940 at 11.45 a.m. for the purpose of receiving the Dir-actors Report and Statement of Accounts for the year ended December 31, 1939, declaring a Dividend, electing a Director and Auditors and transacting any other ordinary business.
"The Transfer Books and Share Register of the Company will be closed from April 20 to April 29, 1940, both days inclusive.
