Bucharest, May 22.
The General Staff today announced the mobilization of roast of Rumania's reservists, who must join their units within 24 hours. Soldiers on leave must return immediately. This does not affect men at present building fortifications, railroads and highways, nor those employed in the coal ard oil industries, Rumania already has 1,300,000 men under arms.—Havas.
"Our ruthless enemy, who is restrained by no considerations for i ternational law, justice or humanity, is throwing everything into the scale to force a decision.
