Netherlands Bast Indies is firmly resolved to fight if neces sary and is prepared to do so, declarett the Netherlands Foreign Minister, Dr. E, N. van Kleffens, in a broadcast to the people of the East Indies last night, "This evening I should like to talk to you simply as if we werd all sitting in a circle as man to man and above all'as one subject of the Queen to another," he said. "I understand you are expecting to hear something from me concerning the foreign relations of the Netherlands Kingdom.
