To the Editor of the "Norra-Cutva Dany News"
Sin—Being a frequent visitor to the French Park. I want to give some opinions, which I hope will invite the attention of the authorities of the mentioned park.
Owing to the overflowing population in the Concession. I hope they can widen the park if possible. As I think, there is a large ground just next to the park which fully answers the need, but the park in the eyes the authorities is too big. otherwise they would not fence so many places. as well as rent huts to the bars and stud!
So far as I know, the revenue of the park is quite considerable. but the season ticket has jumped to $5 this year, and the temporary tickets raised to twenty cents, and the Zoo is only free to those with season tickets.
It is quite strange to say that one is not allowed to take exercise after nine o'clock in the morning, and I still hope that the Russian watchmen will better their behaviour to Chinese. One can hardly find a chair on those sunny days; it would be quite difficult if one were thirsty, as there is no such installation there Summer is near at hand. most Chinese cannot stay in their "be: like" homes, and the park is the be: place they can go. so I sincerely hope for the benefit of the public health the authorities of the French Park will better their conditions as much as possible.
