To do this they resorted to intimidation. but were rounded up by police and arrested. The first arrest took place at about 10 a.m. in the Sinza district ere eight men were taken into custody up to 11.25 zm. Twenty in timidators were ested in the Chengtu Road district at about 10.20 am., while yet another was apprehended by police attached to Bubbling Well station.
