Another Chinese bank official was victimized early yesterday morning when Mr. Doo Yah-tseu, manager the Dah 'Toong Native Bank at 260 Peking Road, was kidnapped by four Chinese just' outside his house in Hart Read at about 935 a.m, The banker left his home, at 672/1 Hart Road, to go to his office when he was approached by four men, all and forced into a waiting car Detectives, investigating the ease, were unable to ascertain the motive, but since the vielim was not known to belong to any political party, it was believed that the crime was done for ransom.
