It Is learned today that the Chinese Government is establishing powerful price stabilization body for more effective economic control.
"The new organization will take charge' of the stabilization of three Jeroups of prices—rice, commodities and labour.
"To relieve the present rice shortage in Chungking, and also in East~ fern Szechuen, the Government horllies are mobilizing junks and steamers to carry rice from the upper reaches of the Kialing and Lain Rivers, since the upper reaches of these Fivers lo within the rice producing disiriets in Szechuen—Reater.
