Vichy, Feb. 1. The conclusion of an armistice between Thailand and Indo-China was (cially announced here today in a communique released by Rear- Admiral Platen, the Secretary of State for Colonies.
"An agreement regarding the cessation of hostilities between Indo-China trid Thailand has just been signed in Saigon," the communique states. "It contains various provisions for the for the simultaneous withdrawal of tnilitary activities, and_ particularly for the simultaneous withdrawal of {their troops. It also contains restric-ions on flying.
"Parleys with a view to reaching a Anal settlement of the Franco-Thal dispute will commence in the near future." the communique concluded.
