Moscow yesterday morning looked tether like London on a dreary November day, but a gay fire blazed at the Bfitish Embassy as Lord Beaver brook was about to leave for the opening of the conference between Britain, Russia and the United States. Lord Beaverbrook, chief British delegate to the conference seemed to be 2n his usual high spirits.
There was an enormous amount of coming and going at the and some impression was given of the importance attached to the conference. on which the successful orogress of the war largely depends.
