Reports from America that Britain Is about to declare war on Finland othering increasing strength ile nothing is available official~ there are many here now who that such a step is imminent predict it fir has been given every chance ever since April last, when German troops first began to arrive there in excess of the number allowed in the Finnish-German agreement of September 1940. But as the wa: dragged on, it has become increasingly apparent that Finland has been fighting not only to regain her old frontier but in a way which tends to sabotage the whole Anglo Soviet war effort.
