Members of the above services must present their cards to this office as soon as possible to have identification marks placed on their cards.
No card will be reduced to give a net figure below eight gallons.
Trucks are reduced 30% on their present allotment, The Filling Station operator upon the next presentation of the allotment card will punch out the authorized reduction in gallonage. Fractions to count in favor of the customer.
