YER the heading "Etrope's United States", Mr. Alf Ahlberg, in writing in the "Dagensnyheter" yesterday, examines Britain's plans for Europe after the war is concluded.
Britain, he declares, is also fighting for a New Order in Europe, and although nothing is yet definitely stated, it is clear that the English desire to see Europe united as a federation of States under a super-national organization.
