At a meeting of the board of directors of Paper Industries, Ltd., held on Saturday morning it was decided to declare in respect of the year ending April 30, 1942 an interim dividend of $025 per share payable on June 9 to those shareholders on the company's register on May 3l. 1941. This distribution is made possible owing to China Fibre Container Ca. Fed. Inc. having declared an interim dividend in respect of the first three months of their financial year.
