To the Editor of the "Norra-Ciwa Dany News"
Sm—As I live close to the French Park I like to frequent this lovely garden. In my opinion the Russian watchmen there are not strict enough with the Chinese. Although signs everywhere forbid spitting the Chinese as usual spit anywhere and far as they can aim. making that loud nerve-racking sound in their throats as a prelude.
Also the adults in charge of Chinese children do not seem to be aware that the park possesses a lavatory. Chinese youth very often use the park as a football field.
I suggest the French Municipal authorities instruct the "gardens" ta be stricter in future, otherwise the place will go to rack and ruin.
