\Rear-Admiral Hemis, Commandant Of the United States naval district at ila, has announced that passage 9f vessels in and out of Manila Bay will be restricted only to day hours, says a Japanese report from Manila, The order limits passage of incoming ships to hours between 7 am. and Lp.m. and passage of outgoing ships to the period from 10 am. to 3 p.m.
