Turnover on the Stock Exchange was moderate today, but sentiment was decidedly more cheerful on general war news, Prices mostly tended to move higher, including "British giM-edged securities, home Tails and some industrial issues, par-=bewany A, Guinness. Son Ca. some tobaccos, imperi amical Industries and Oils also presented a better ap-=pearance under the leadership of Anglo-Iranian. Kafürs also advanced Tu the foreign bond section, Japanese issues continued to improve.—Reuter.
