The message of the Counseller follows:

we enter on the third year of gigantic conflict it is borne in on us that its grimmest and most inspiring phase is yet to come. The struggle for survival lies behind, the struggle for victory ahead.

All over the world the British people end their Allies are at last getting into their stride. From day to day their strength, s increasing at sea, on land and in the air.

Never have our people been more formidably equipped, more grimly united or more fiercely determined to achieve their final purpose. No price edu be too great for the victory of sanity which must and will be ours, and I am confitent that none are more to eager f contribute their share than those of us now living here in China."
