This claim consisted of $49 for blank cards, $6 for Almauacks sold, $35 for commission on Job work, and $9.99. for office effects entrusted to him for sale, Defendant denied his indebtedness, but as he admitted having promised to pay $6, judgment was given for the amount, together with the $34 claimed on commission, subject to the deduction of $30 which had been credited to plaintiffip the recent case of Bonney v. Tarrant, in all $10; costs to be divided.
