ThoState elections, which are now in full swing, show, up tothe present, no alteration in the' relative strength of political parties, The balance in four of the McKinley Administration has not been affected one way or the other, The following States have gone Repubican; Mussuchusetts, Iowa, Pennsylva nin, Kentucky, Ohio, and South Dakots.
The following Stites have gone Democrat: Missouri, Virginia, and Maryland, Maryland is the only State to show an important change, hose are all the returns sent in up to date.
