Land tax, which is entered on page 340 as Tls. 9,742.05 is stated on page 368 to have realised a certain sum, leaving a balance uncollected at the end of the year of Tls. 6,338. I presume, therefore, from that, that the difference between Tls. 3,338 and the sum of Tls. 9,742.05 was actually collected upon the land within the settlement extension. It is not so stated any where, but that appears to be a necessary inference. has not been collected.
