(1) Hu Ching-kuei is appointed Provincial Judge of Shantung, and the Taotai-ship of the Ninghsin Intendancy of Kansu, vacated by him, is hereby given to Chieh Chung (Manchu).
(2) Kao Keng-en is appointed Thotai of the Shen-An Intendancy of Shensi.
(8) Ts'ai Chun, Taotai of Shanghai, is hereby ordered to resign and the vacancy therein is hereby given to Li Kuang-chin, Taotai of the Fengyang Intendancy of Anhui, The vacancy made by Li Kuang-chin's transfer is hereby given to Té Ling (Manchu.)
(4) Hu Chun-chang is app, inted Censor and Keeper of the Great Seal of the Board of Revenue.
