Re B. C. Lor 2,987

In the case of B. C, Lot 2,987 it must be apparent that a road which runs simply up to a creek and is not bound to any given position {as would Lo the case if it were a connection between two existing roads) would be no worse, as aread, if its direction were slightly altered. Yet when we usk for this to be done we are told that no reply can be given until another case is ided and meanwhile our land must remain idle and unprofitable until some question of law is settled.
