The whole of the work ins been completed and the offices and quarters are now ready for occupati New Gaol, Ward Road (Near Wayside). Good progress is being made with the whole of the buildings, New Transformer House, Seward Rowl.—The small brick bullling for tue Electrical Department, is completed.
Municipal Gaol—Two wooden sheds, mensuring 66" 0" x 24° 0" and 66' 0" x 16' 0" respectively, have been erected for matmuaking, ete.
Markham Road Garbage Depot-—Z0 feet of wooden bunding hus been erected. The building of the boundary walls, fence and watchmen's house is approaching completion.
Provost Murshal's Quarters—An iron barracks 52° x 18' has been erected in Scott Road for the Military Police.
