Minister and Mrs. Griscom gave a dinner at the American Legation in honour of H.I. H. General Prince Fushimi, who will leave Yokohama on the 12th inst. as Japan's Envoy to the St. Louis Exposition. On Saturday, Prince Fushimi, with Prince Yamashina, was entertained at an Imperial luncheon, when the suite of the Prince were allowed to attend the function. Prior to the luncheon, Prince Fushimi repaired to the Imperial sancruary and each member of the suite was received in audience.
