Ch'éng Hsun, who is a Manchu, arrived here from Tientsin by the China Merchants' steamer Anping yesterday en route for Nganking (Anch'ing), the provincial capital of Anhui, LIB. is at present staying at the Chinese Ch'uan An Hotel, on the corner of the Szechuen Road and the Yangkingpang.
