The revolution is caused by the troops and the sailors of the Russian men-of-war. The whole town is practically one. ocean of flames, The merchants have left the town and taken refuge on the merchant-ships. The latter have left the piers und are anchoring in the Buy.
Peking, 13th November, One of the accomplices connected with the bomb outrage of the 24th September has been arrested, The culprit's name was Wu-yue; he hailed from Anhui, Extensive investigations are proceeding.
