The many changes of officials have finally resulted in a permanent man from Chekiang and all say he is a fine official, The examinations are on now and the examiner is expected soon This beg the last public examination there is more than common interest and great deal of talk as to the cause of this radical change. The rumour was about when the foreigner returned that it was caused by the foreigner and was a great pity. The new schools are enjoying a very increased amount of local support and there is talk of another large school being built. It is to be built on the hill where the old oficial school is located and is to be larger than the present one and larger than the school recently completed.
