States of Americs v. 8. R. Price, named Tsang Kwei-sung, was brought up at the Mixed Court yesterday on a charge of committing perjury in the United States Court, It will be remembered that di i of Tsang by the istrict Attorney on Thursday he admitted tha made certain statements at the fret trial of Price, because his master, A. Jovansen, had threatened not to give him six months wages if he did not do so. As Jovansen is now reported dead the evidence of this knife in his hand when Price is stated to have drawn the revolver.—Accused was remanded until Tacsday, bail being fixed at $200.
