Marquis Ito arrived at Chemulpo to-day.
'A reception had been arranged for him at Seoul more brilliant than was cree conferred even on Princes of the Marquis Ito's mission is in itself an act of courtesy, but considering his status, it cannot fail to have important consequences.
The Emperor of Corea will probably receive Marquis Ito on the 19th of March.
