Cremations and Burials—Referring to Municipal Notification No. 1677 the following revised rules and scale of fees are Regulations for Cemeteries ani Promulgated with a view to the efficient and orderly disposal of the dead.
1.—Application for grave spaces cremation may be made toan undertaker, the Municipal Sexton or the Health Officer.
2—A register of Burials and Cremations and plans of the cemetery are kept at the: Cemetery which are open to inspection.
3.—No burial or cremation will be permitted without presentation certificate of death approved by the Health Officer.
4.—No grave shall be reopened without permission.
No memorial shall be erected or removed without a permit which will be issued by the Health Officer on.
