The seventh annual meeting of the Mokanshan Summer Resort Association was held in Union Church, Mokanshan, on Thursday, August 4th, 1904, at 10 a.m, Mr. A. B. Rex, the President of the Association, occupied the chair, and the meeting was opened with prayer by the Rev. H. C. DuBose, D.D. The Rev. J. M. Blain was appointed temporary clerk.
The roll being called, 42 members of Association were found to be present. The minutes of the last annual meeting were read and approved. The minutes of the extraordinary meeting of the lith July 1904 wore read' and the Association, on motion, confirmed the action taken at that time. The animal report of the Board of Directors was read by the the motion of Dr. DuBose, by Mr. Haden, the report of the Directors was approved and the new by-law proposed therein confirmed,
