Presented at the Tenth General Meeting of Shareholders, held at the Offices of the General Managers, No. 33b, Nanking Road, on Thurday, the 23rd March, 1905.
The Directors have now the pleasure to submit for the information of Shareholders the Audited Statement of Accounts for the year ending 31st December, 1904.
The Profit and Loss Account, including the balance of Tls. 1,942.71 brought forward from last year, shews a Credit Balance of Tls. 43,393.13, which amount is proposed to appropriate as follows
